The year was 2020.

Like you, I walked into grocery stores doing something I had done thousands of times before. But that year was different.

Shelves were empty. Fresh fruit and vegetables were gone. And when they were available, there was a limit.

Two apples.

Two bananas.

Two.

I have a family of six. What were we supposed to do with two apples?

That was the moment I decided my family would never depend entirely on a grocery store again.

Out of that uncertainty, GrowFitFL was born.

What started as a personal decision to grow our own food in West Central Florida became a mission to build a real, repeatable system that works in our heat, our soil, and our storms.
