Orders and shipping

We process and ship physical goods Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern. Orders placed after 3:00 pm Eastern are processed the next business day.

Delivery times come from the carrier and can vary by location and conditions. They are estimates. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Yes. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your package leaves our facility.

If your order has not been fulfilled yet, we can try to update or cancel it. Email us right away with your order number.

If your order has not shipped, we can usually update the address. Once a label is created, changes are not guaranteed. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for loss. Please contact the carrier for next steps. We can share any information needed from our side.

Returns and refunds

Eligible physical goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Email contact.growfitfl@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not ship anything until we approve the return. Approved returns receive a label and instructions.

Final sale items include digital downloads, paperback and hardcover books, online courses, digital product sales, one on one coaching, sale items, gift cards, and certain categories such as perishable goods, custom items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the decision. If approved, the refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post it.

Products and regions

Physical products ship within the United States only. Digital products are available worldwide by email link after purchase.

Signed author copies are offered as preorders. The current target ship date for the signed book is September 18, 2025. If timing changes, we will email you with an update or options.

Digital items are delivered by email link shortly after purchase. They are generally not refundable once delivered or downloaded. If you have access issues, contact us and we will help you get your file.

We stand behind our products. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item, the box, and the label so we can make it right.

Payments and tax

We accept major cards and trusted digital wallets at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

We collect sales tax where required by law. Any tax due appears at checkout before you pay.
