Auto-Renewal and Subscription Disclosure

Summary (Plain Language): Your GrowFitFL membership subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period. You authorize GrowFitFL to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Annual plans have a 14-day money-back guarantee. Monthly plans are non-refundable.
1. Auto-Renewal Terms
By completing a subscription purchase, you authorize GrowFitFL, LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you selected:
- Monthly Plan: $49.00 per month, charged on the same date each month.
- Annual Plan: $499.00 per year, charged on the same date each year.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period and continue to renew at the start of each subsequent billing period until you cancel. GrowFitFL will charge the payment method on file at the time of renewal. You will not receive a separate notice before each automatic renewal charge.
2. California Automatic Renewal Law (ARL) Disclosure
For residents of California, the following disclosures are provided in compliance with California Business and Professions Code sections 17600 to 17606:
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the initial subscription period and each subsequent renewal period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Monthly subscriptions renew monthly at $49.00 per month.
- Annual subscriptions renew annually at $499.00 per year.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- To cancel, log in to members.growfitfl.com, go to Settings, click Subscription, then click Manage Subscription to open your billing portal where you can update payment, change plan, view invoices, or cancel. You may also cancel by emailing contact@growfitfl.com.
- GrowFitFL will send you a confirmation email when your subscription is canceled.
3. Pre-Purchase Disclosure
Before completing your subscription purchase, you will be presented with a clear disclosure of the recurring charge and asked to affirmatively confirm your consent to the auto-renewal terms. Your subscription will not be activated until you provide that affirmative consent at checkout.
4. Post-Purchase Confirmation
After you complete your initial subscription purchase, GrowFitFL will send you a confirmation email containing your plan type and price, your next billing date, the payment method that will be charged, instructions for canceling, and a link to our Refund Policy.
5. Price Changes
If GrowFitFL changes the subscription price at renewal, we will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before the price change takes effect. You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies. Founding Class members who joined at the Founding Class pricing maintain their locked rate for as long as their subscription remains active without lapsing.
6. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to members.growfitfl.com, going to Settings then Subscription, and clicking Manage Subscription, or by emailing contact@growfitfl.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access through the end of your current billing period.
