Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for supporting GrowFitFL. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
- Returns
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible physical goods. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Ebooks and digital downloads
- Paperback and hardcover books
- Online courses and classes
- Digital product sales
- 1-on-1 coaching sessions
- Sale items and gift cards
We also do not accept returns on perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will review the issue and work to make it right.
- Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
- Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact.growfitfl@gmail.com .
- Shipping Regions
At this time, GrowFitFL only ships physical products within the United States. We do not ship internationally. Digital products, such as ebooks and downloads, are available worldwide and can be accessed immediately after purchase.
