Refund policy

Plain terms, product by product. To ask for a refund or a return, email contact@growfitfl.com with your order number or account email.

Books, shirts, hats and other store items. Items shipped to a United States address can be returned within 30 days of delivery, defective or not. Items must be new and unused. Email us before you ship anything. We email you a free prepaid return label to print, and the item goes back by mail. There is no restocking fee. You can ask for an exchange instead of a refund. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 days after we receive the return. If an item arrives damaged, or the wrong item arrives, email us (a photo helps) and we will send a replacement or a refund. Digital downloads and gift cards are not returnable.

GrowFitFL Club. For memberships bought from 12:00 AM Eastern on November 1, 2026, Monthly is $29 and Yearly is $299. Members who joined before then keep the price they joined at for as long as they stay: $15 a month, $150 a year, or $99 a year for Fall Sale memberships bought through October 22, 2026. Payment is collected at checkout. There is no free trial. A yearly membership bought on members.growfitfl.com at or after 12:00 AM Eastern on November 2, 2026 has a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Ask within those 7 days and we refund the full yearly fee. Yearly memberships bought before then keep the refund window they were sold with, which is 14 days from purchase. Monthly payments, and yearly payments after the refund window ends, are not refundable, except where the law requires it or an earlier written promise says otherwise. Both plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel renewal in your membership Settings before the next billing date. Paid access continues through the time you paid for, unless a refund ends it.

Printed books and the Club. Club memberships bought from 12:00 AM Eastern on October 15, 2026 do not include a printed book. A book promised with an earlier yearly purchase is still honored under the terms of that purchase.

Memberships paid through Patreon. Patreon handles billing, cancellation and refunds for memberships bought on Patreon. Our money-back guarantee does not apply to them.

Seasonal challenges are included with GrowFitFL Club at no extra cost. They are not sold separately, so there is nothing separate to refund.

Backyard Coaching is paused and not sold right now. Packages bought earlier keep the written terms they were sold under, listed at members.growfitfl.com/refund. Those terms cover coaching only. Books bought in this store follow the store return policy above.
