Refund policy

Plain terms, product by product. To request any refund, email contact@growfitfl.com from the email on your account with your order details.

Signed books and physical goods. Every book sold on growfitfl.com is brand new, current edition, signed by hand and shipped from our family. Because each copy is signed to order, book sales are final once shipped. If your order arrives damaged, or the wrong item arrives, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

GrowFitFL Club costs $15 monthly or $150 yearly. Payment is collected at checkout. There is no free trial. The annual plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee from your first annual charge. Request a refund within those 14 days and we refund the full annual fee. Monthly payments and later annual renewals have no voluntary money-back guarantee. Legal refund rights and earlier written promises remain honored. Both plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancel renewal in your membership Settings before the next billing date. Paid access continues through the period paid for unless a refund ends it. Books and optional private calls are separate from the current digital membership.

Seasonal challenges are included with GrowFitFL Club at no extra cost. They are not sold separately, so there is nothing separate to refund.

Backyard Coaching Program. Refundable in full within seven days of purchase, but only if the coaching intake form has not been submitted. Submitting the intake form begins the personalized work and makes the purchase final, even inside the seven day window. Books included with coaching ship after intake and are not returnable.
