Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 20, 2026 · GrowFitFL, LLC

GrowFitFL, LLC is committed to ensuring that our websites and store are accessible to people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our platform.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to meet or exceed the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnification software, and voice input tools.

2. The Accessibility Tool on This Site

Every page on this store has a round green accessibility button in the lower right corner of the screen. You can also press Ctrl + X on your keyboard to open it. This tool lets you:

  • Scale the font size up for easier reading.
  • Switch to a dyslexia-friendly font.
  • Increase line spacing and letter spacing.
  • Adjust font weight and text alignment.
  • Choose an accessibility profile that matches your needs, including options for low vision and motor impairments.

Your settings stay on while you browse the store. The tool also includes its own accessibility statement and a "Report a Problem" option if something is not working for you.

3. Measures We Take

  • Designing our sites with sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds.
  • Providing descriptive alt text for images used in our content and interface.
  • Ensuring that form fields are properly labeled so screen readers can identify them.
  • Building keyboard-navigable components wherever possible so users who do not use a mouse can navigate the site.
  • Using semantic HTML heading structure to support navigation by assistive technology.
  • Providing responsive design that works across devices and zoom levels.
  • Ensuring that interactive elements have clearly visible focus indicators.

4. Known Limitations

While we strive to maintain high accessibility standards, some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Known areas we are actively working to improve include video content that does not yet have closed captions or audio descriptions, and some third-party embedded content (such as YouTube videos) that is subject to those platforms' own accessibility implementations.

5. Requesting Accessible Content

If you need materials, documents, or other content in an alternative accessible format, please contact us at contact@growfitfl.com with "Accessibility Request" in the subject line. We will do our best to provide the content in a format that meets your needs within a reasonable time.

6. Feedback and Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our sites. If you experience any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

Email: contact@growfitfl.com (subject line: "Accessibility")
Mail: GrowFitFL, LLC, PO Box 90382, Lakeland, FL 33804

7. Formal Complaints

8. Updates to This Statement

We review and update this Accessibility Statement annually or whenever significant changes are made to our platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
