Shipping policy


  • Digital Products:

All digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. If you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us immediately at contact.growfitfl@gmail.com so we can resolve it quickly.

  • Physical Products:

We process and ship physical goods Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be shipped the next business day. Orders received after 3:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day.

  • Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on carrier rates, package weight, and destination. Customers will see the full shipping cost before completing their purchase.

  • Tracking Information:

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.

  • Delivery Policy

Delays: Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs.

Lost or Missing Packages: Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for stolen or misplaced packages. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout cannot be refunded.

  • International Orders

At this time, GrowFitFL does not ship physical products outside of the United States. Orders placed with an international shipping address for physical goods will not be processed or fulfilled. Digital products, such as ebooks and downloads, are available internationally and can be accessed immediately after purchase.
