DMCA Copyright Policy

GrowFitFL, LLC ("GrowFitFL") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), GrowFitFL will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

1. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that content available on a GrowFitFL website infringes one or more of your copyrights, please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notification must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit GrowFitFL to locate the material.
  • Contact information for the complaining party: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, the Middle District of Florida, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

After we receive your counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. If the original complainant does not file an action seeking a court order within fourteen business days, we may restore the removed material.

4. Repeat Infringers

GrowFitFL will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

5. Modification of Procedures

GrowFitFL reserves the right to modify these DMCA procedures at any time in its sole discretion. We will notify users of material changes by posting an updated version of this page with a new "Last updated" date.

6. Original Content

All content created by GrowFitFL and its founder Jermaine Jefferson, including but not limited to books, course curriculum, lesson text, videos, graphics, and credential program materials, is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any GrowFitFL content without express written permission.
