Shipping Information:  Books ordered via our direct links are fulfilled by IngramSpark using Print-on-Demand (POD) technology. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

Returns & Refunds:  Because books are printed specifically for your order, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. If your book arrives damaged, please contact us at contact.growfitfl@gmail.com within 14 days with photos of the issue so we can coordinate a replacement with IngramSpark.
